What is the minimum amount to order?

Our order minimum for home deliveries is $150.00

What is the cut-off time for placing an order for next-day delivery?

Orders must be placed no later than 10:00PM (EST) for next-day deliveries, orders received after 10:00PM (EST) will be processed for the following business day.

How can I modify or cancel my existing order and what is the time frame?

No modifications can be done once order has been placed, contact us at e-mail below for further information.

Will I be notified if a product is short prior to delivery?

In the event an item is unavailable for delivery, item will not show available at time of placing the order.

How can I track my order?

You cannot track an order; our delivery window is from 9am to 5pm.

Where will Prime Line Direct deliver?

Greater Miami area, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Doral, Miami Beach, Brickell and Downtown, Aventura/Sunny Isles, Hollywood, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach.

Will I be charged a delivery fee?

Yes, a $5.99 delivery fee will be added to all orders.

Are driver tips required?

Tipping the driver at the time of delivery is not required, however tips of any value may be offered at your discretion. We thank you in advance for showing our hard working and dedicated drivers a token of your appreciation.

Who makes the deliveries?

All deliveries are done by Prime Line Direct licensed drivers.

What payment methods does Prime Line Direct accept for Home Delivery?

We accept major credit cards (VISA /MASTER CARD/AMEX).

Can I make payments online?

In order to complete and submit an order, you must first pay online.

What is Prime Line Direct return/refund policy?

To ensure the health and safety of our Team Members and customers during this critical time, all sales are final.

How do I report missing items from my order?

We advise our drivers to check the orders with customers before invoice gets signed as received.

How can I cancel my order? 

Customers have until 10:00pm (EST) to cancel order and/or refuse only at time of delivery.
